Three guides depending on your role: you receive remote support, you support your clients, or you manage your team.

Install the FlowLINE client, sign in, and take control of a machine — including when no one is present.
Invite your technicians, display your brand, track activity and authorise one-off support.
It depends on your role. If you receive support, you install nothing: you run the support module, a single file that displays an ID. If you provide support, you install the FlowLINE client on the technician's machine. Both files are on the Download page.
Yes, for technicians and managers: each account is created by StreamLINE (there is no online sign-up) and protected by mandatory two-factor authentication. By contrast, the person receiving support needs no account: they simply run the support module.
Files are published only on flowline.my-vth.ch. An installer received by any other means (email attachment, short link, messaging app) is not an official file. SHA256 hashes and a signed manifest are published on the Download page so you can verify integrity after downloading.
No. A connection must be accepted: either you click “Accept”, or you provide a password. During the session, an indicator is visible (window and icon, plus a notification on Android). If you have not accepted anything, nobody is connected.
Your screen, and they can use the mouse and keyboard. Depending on what is enabled, they can also transfer files, open a terminal or use the clipboard. You can see at all times that the session is active and can stop it.
FlowLINE infrastructure is hosted in Switzerland (Valais), subject to Swiss data protection law. Traffic between the technician and the supported machine is encrypted end to end: the relay server cannot read the content of sessions. More details on the Privacy page.
The application offers the update directly (“Click to upgrade”). On Windows, the signed installer is verified before installation; on Linux, the package is installed after your authorisation; on Android, the update goes through the store (Zapstore, then Play Store).
Only on machines managed by your provider, for which a permanent password has been set for unattended access (maintenance outside office hours). On a one-off machine, access ends when the session ends.
First check that the file really comes from flowline.my-vth.ch, then run it again: the ID changes on every launch, so you must share the new one. If the problem persists, contact your technician.
